It expresses what lies within us: a fair and honest world
Xpress Yourself teaches us how vulnerable we can be
And how sometimes we see ourselves
Here’s a class full of hopefuls working to find a way
I know I’m troubled with issues I have no more space to store
But Xpress Yourself has taught me: Hey!
Hold on girl! It’s your intention that matters more
How amazing I feel so calm these days
But my troubles are still taking some time to drift away
Funny as it may seem I feel contented after drawing energy from them
So I’ll say thank you for whatever led me to you
I say Xpress thanks to a listening team
A team I know is learning, just as I am hoping to find my dream
You are all beautiful, you are all sincere

BERTHING THE CHILDREN OF CONSCIOUSNESS
When the storm Clouds swirl together we see Chaos in the sky
Then the Clouds of Chaos shut out the light
No longer are patterns obvious, signs are obscured
We cannot see direction and the pressure builds
In our hearts and minds.
Chaos is the Cloud that pulls in the storm
And gives birth to Confusion.
Confusion confirms that we cannot comprehend such Chaos
That we are helpless here below the Heavens.
In fear Confusion berths Children of Chaos.
Yet Chaos also gives birth to Confusion’s twin, Curiosity.
Curiosity confirms that there may be light behind Chaos,
We just can’t see it clearly yet.
Curiosity admits the light,
Acknowledges Chaos but does not fear it.
Curiosity admits the light of Consciousness.
Facing Chaos, Curiosity discovers Clarity.
And berths the Children of Consciousness.
